Responsive web app for desktop and tablet — morning command center. Charts for collection, occupancy, expenses, and complaints. Works in Chrome on any laptop; no install required.
Mr. Sharma switches property from dropdown: Sunrise vs Green Valley. Rent chart animates to selected site. He prints monthly PDF for partner meeting in 30 seconds.
Tenant Experience
Mobile-first design — large buttons, OTP login, UPI deep links. Works on ₹8,000 Android phones common among students. Hindi/English labels planned for wider adoption.
Rahul bookmarks tenant portal on home screen — feels like an app without Play Store delay. Push-less reminders via SMS/WhatsApp until native app ships.
